I would like to first commend the attorney for starting this bowl. I attended a T4 school and was stuck in doc review for years. However through networking, I made connections which gave me a chance to get my foot through the door. One I did I knew they would have to physically drag me out of that firm if they wanted me to leave. Now I’m a partner at a multi-state/national firm. My boss (atty) is so disorganized! I’ve been with him 6 months and he’s having a hard time delegating, sharing info and managing deadlines. I’ve organized the caseload to manage the deadlines. He says he wants me to help with discovery but when I offer to start on one, he says he needs to do it. (Since he might have to present as evidence) When I give him deadlines and ask for the docs he says he’ll get to it. It’s a small 1 man firm, and I’m the first assistant besides his wife. CTC offered - 14 Lac ( fixed )
Current CTC - 5 6 LAC
Skill - AWS Cloud + Python + Devops

My question is how many days does it takes to release offer letter ?
Is the salary offered good or should I try for more negotiation ?

Note :- LWD in my current company is 1ST Nov
