About to switch firms from federal / no travel to commercial / travel with two young kids (under 5). Looking for quick list of recommendations and survival tips to make this transition as a father.

Normal to feel like you essentially have no life when your kids are young? Between my work, and my wife’s grad school, just isn’t much time at all for hobbies/social life. And baby 2 on way now also.

My 9 month old son choked on some food today to the point where his lips and face were turning blue. My wife took action fast and executed the baby heimlich and was able to dislodge the food......
