35M. Friend zoned after one date. What am I doing wrong? I met her at a baby shower. We talked/text regular for about a month or so because I was traveling for work. Question about inclusion…. I’ve been teaching inclusion for 5 years so I’m still a newb, but a first year coworker of mine said she got points off on her observation because her kids were scattered in the classroom and she was having to move from kid to kid to assist. While I see the point of putting them together for convenience, I don’t agree with this at all! To me this is like singling them out by putting them all together instead of INCLUDED amongst peers. What do y’all think?

Should I work for one more month and resign ?
