Trying to gauge promo increase but the Deloitte comp survey isn’t entirely helpful for us lowly USDC-ers. I’m SA going to SS. Current comp is $76,000 in OT.

What is the firm initiative requirement for Solution Consultants? My managers told me I don’t have one since I’m USDC but I keep seeing that we do have a requirement. Any insight is appreciated!

How is that bench folks are so chill? I’ve talked with people on the bench 5+ weeks who don’t seem concerned about it.
