Hello Sharks, I recently gave interview of Tiger Analytics and after all successful technical discussion, they were offering me Senior analytics - data Science role for 15.5 fixed + 2L jb, considering my current yoe 4.3 and in data science relevant is not much(consider it 1.5+) but my cctc is 14(13fixed+1 variable), I denied to accept this offer. Should I reconsider that?

I have joined Infosys 2 weeks back. They have mapped me to a certain project but everyday I am getting calls for the skill sets that don't match to my current skill set. They are telling me to attend client interview and giving me just 1 week of time to prepare for a totally new technology.
Does this commonly happen in Infosys? Infosys

Definitely possible, I think it’d be at the SSS level. Curious to hear other responses. I’m an SA going for SS. Currently at 76k (hoping the promo gets me to mid 80s) so I wonder how long it’ll be to get to 100k
I am also an SA going for SS this year. Currently at 72 hoping for mid 80s

I’m an SA making $65.9K and just got promoted. Curious to know what the jump will be.
I was bumped from 64 > 74 when I went to SS. Talked to a few colleagues who got promoted within the same 1-2 years and they said the same, so I think 75-ish was the baseline at the time. This was all pre-COVID and I'm guessing pay bands (whatever the hell they are!!) have shifted up since then. But I'm just spitballing.

$105 base $11k aip SS1
Circling back for the updates in may. Hope yall get what you want.
SS 3rd year here making 110 base. joined at 95k as SS
Maybe SSS.
I’m second year SS up for promotion, currently 93k. I know a fourth year SS who’s making more than 100k. He doesn’t want to get promoted so he stayed in SS… but still, 100k is possible.
Yes , I am
Low 100k as a SS is definitely possible if you plan on staying in the role long enough to reach that point (probably 4-5 years). I think many simply opt to promote up before then.
Ask again after compensation statements come out!
With base + bonus I made 105k as SS1
I’m at $118k as an sss - started as an experienced hire at 100k
Yes SS making 110, going up this year
