What's something that menopause taught you about womanhood? I've learned that being a woman is one of the hardest things to do (all the way from the menstrual stage to the later end of life), and maybe not all women are meant to be old working professionals. Some of us have symptoms that don't really function well in any setting, let alone an official setting. Thoughts??

Do you agree with this kind of hustle culture? To be forced to stay in the building all day, and not even drink coffee, in the name of being 'productive' is just ridiculous. This is a snippet from an article that's a few months old but I came across it today while I was researching job opportunities in New Zealand and Australia. Do you think your team would benefit or be harmed by strict rules like this?

Do you have a good relationship with your team members, especially junior members? I can admit with vulnerability that I want to be liked by them and more importantly, feel approachable and like a good leader. However, there are times I feel like my team is being a fake version of themselves to please me, and not trying to foster a real bond or a good working relationship. Should I even care as long as the work is getting done? I do care, is the problem. Also, my jokes are genuinely great :D

Wish I was more excited for 2025 :/. I'm usually always pumped during this time of the year while we're approaching a new year. I would think about goals, aims, and travel bucket lists. This year I don't seem to have much zeal around it. Mind sharing what you're excited about or what your plans are for the next year? Like real girl talk :) I could use a boost and some inspiration right now.
