How many of you came across colleagues from past employers during your day to day? I made contact with said colleague at my previous job and we still do business still til this day!

How do you set your boundaries with work if you are hourly? I sometimes get messages from my colleagues on Sunday even when I’m not scheduled to work that weekend (we are on call sometimes).

How many of you look at the current open positions at your job? I think looking and seeing what’s out there doesn’t hurt as I am someone who wants to always achieve the next level in my career.
