First and foremost, I remind myself that it's just a job. Something that I've gotten better at is just focusing on what I'm doing and tuning out distractions. I find that I'm just a lot more efficient if I really work on staying focused. And that tends to reduce the stress, I just plow through my work.
Oh come batting stress at work is definitely one of my biggest witnesses. I tried to remove myself in the situation and count to 10 but the stiff works for me. Sometimes I just have to go to the bathroom and have a mini breakdown and that’s all you can do because the stress shows on my face and I think it comes through in my behavior.
Outside of work, running every day helps keep my sanity. I also have a daily routine that I stick to all costs and this includes having time in my schedule to de-stress from work. Otherwise I try to lean on other people and delegate what I can so that I can prioritize tasks and goals. At the end of the day, you can only do so much.
I’ve been having stress at home and at work lately, has been a huge struggle for me to get out of my own head. If it isn’t one thing it is another. Trying to find something to get through it, fixing what I can at work and then moving onto the next, but that feels never ending lately too and probably will for the rest of this month.
Ignore all the negativity. If you focus on what is going wrong and not on how to make it better it increases stress. Learn to let go of something's not everyone u work with will be the best person.
