Bonus for EY S&O?
Hi guys :) Glad to join fishbowl and this community. Guys I have an offer of 14.41 ctc from a big 4 (11 is fixed).
Technology-Microsoft Dynamics 365(I am a functional consultant in SCM and HR; Relevant exp: 3 yrs & Total exp: 4 yrs).
My interviews in IBM are done and I am waiting for the salary discussion with HR.
What is the likely offer that I am going to get? Any idea? (My expectation is 16.5 lpa ctc). I will adjust my expectations as per replies here.
Any response is highly appreciated :)

If this is a question I’ve had for a while actually. Cause I’m just not sure if going back to school will be worth it financially, but on the other hand, I feel like my career is in a rut and I’m not gonna advance anymore, but don’t go back to school. So I don’t know what the right answer is for makes. I really don’t wanna take out more student loans, but I don’t wanna stay where I’m at forever so yeah this is something I’ve been struggling with.
Thanks for the feedback!
Where I am currently, there isn’t much room for anything else, so I would have to look around and see if there is and if more education would put me in a better spot for it. Although to be completely honest, I’m just not at a point where I would have the time of effort to go back. Maybe someday though I will change my mind there.
It might be worth it if your current employer has a tuition reimbursement program.
If the expense is totally out of pocket and requires educational debt I would say no
I paid off all of my undergraduate loans from the 80s years ago. I went back to get a masters degree now at age 60 I owe 40 grand for this masters degree
yes I do make more money but now I have additional debt.
There jobs that u get basic training at your company and make more that someone who has a college degree .

In my experience not having a Masters hasn't held me back like not have a Bachelors would have. If I didn't have a Bachelors I can't even apply for the job. I've never not got the job because I didn't have a Masters. You have to be willing to change jobs every 3-5 years to get your raises and promotions. If you do good work and reflect that in your resume then you'll get the interview. If you want a way to stand out then instead of going back to school for your Masters you can get certifications within your industry that usually cost money or you can find free courses online. It's cheaper and less of a time commitment. You can put all that on your resume.
Certificates are pretty pointless for this sector at where i am (i'm asian by the way) Been in this for the past 15 years and i have my bachelors; only as a back-up just in case i decide to leave this sector. But honeslty, this sector pays through experience more than the papers itself. Our actual skills and knowledge from experiences is a bigger asset to us. Through my hundres, or maybe even thousands of job interviews i've been to, including those hired me, almost none of them looked at my certificates.
