Depends on the company, area, and your experience. Including the size of the company. I've seen it range from $55k to $85k.

What is the salary range for Technical Lead in EY, YOE 4.6, Techstack Angular, Frontend EY

Current CTC 15

Hi Folks,

I'm in negotiation with the this data company (which is only 10 % over offered fixed ctc) but HR hasn't shown much confidence. They have asked for week's time & say can only offer a signing bonus. I'm getting a bit nervous as it's an opportunity I've always wanted!

Am I panicking unnecessarily? Should I hold my nerve? Or should I break the logjam and just accept?

PS I had just joined another org because they were taking too long to process + my dream co is only matching current CTC.

Did EY Canada promote everyone a year early or something? I saw a couple of promotions on my LinkedIn that were 🤔 and then saw EY’s official post that they had the largest number of promotions ever. I’m thinking this was a product of having to give large wage hikes like all B4, i.e. if you get a 15-20% bump then we need to bump your position to maintain our ranges long-term, and/or we are going to make you earn your new $ even if you may not be ready for the new title.

Should i resign ASAP and not negotiate with Infor . I have all these doubts because Infor is a product based company.

Hi Sharks,

I'm looking to get some cultural & work insights in @EY GDS Kolkata specifically.

I was recently realigned to Kolkata location although my base location as per offer letter was Bangalore. The relocation HR PoC helped me relocate for now as WFH is going on & I wanted to save money by not changing to Bangalore as of now.

If someone knows EY GDS Kolkata offices, I'll like to know all about it, please. Thank you.

I’m have a new theory about why juniors always feel like idiots and wanted to see if anyone else thinks this makes sense. I’m a third year, and am the most junior person all of my teams (generally me, a senior or two, and a partner or two), and I always feel like I’m messing something up. And FWIW I went to HYS and I’ve had a clerkship so it’s not like I’m not smart

I am a mid level and have received an offer from a regional big law firm in a non-market paying location. I believe the firm would be a great fit and the location is where I want to be. The biggest issue is money. I’d be lateraling from full cravath in a major market and the initial offer I received is a bit off that (read: 50% salary reduction). While the market is cheaper in some respects, housing is not. How far can I expect this firm to go to in terms of compensation? Any negotiation tips?
