I’ve spoken to a POC who says DEI feels exclusionary in her opinion, because she wants to help everyone. Have you ever worked with a POC who are not interested in the DEI initiatives?

I had a creative Director question my worth and said the only reason I’m in this industry is because of MAIP (as if it was a bad thing). I been unsure how I should handle it and would love advice❤️
Let’s talk work life balance: Why do people find it a point of pride to stay in the office late? My team looks at me weird for leaving by 5:30 everyday, but I get my work done soooo.
