OR circulating nurse here. Will preface this by saying I have the utmost respect for CSFAs in the OR setting. However, wondering if any other OR RN’s have had issues with CSFAs feeling and acting like they are in charge of the room or attempt to carry out tasks that you as an RN are supposed to do? I’m so burnt out

Working at a place with less then 10% POC total. Then watched as the majority of those folks left after less than a year. This virtual work environment has reminded me how much MAIP used to anchor me to a physical sense of community.
