What is the one benefit you would take even if it meant accepting a lower offer? I would consider it for reduced health insurance premiums or increased 401k match

HR folks- have you ever had to enforce a policy you vehemently disagreed with? What was that like and was it worth it? That’s the number one thing keeping me from pursuing HR roles.

Do you believe you are paid what you’re worth? If not, what would it take to get you there? For me I’m always trying to rise to the top of my division and pursue promotions. I’mgetting there

What benefit do you miss the most? We just lost our pension so that’s an automatic answer for me.

What have you found to be the most transparent industry in salary disclosure? I think tech is usually pretty transparent, banking on the other hand was always a mystery.
