I know it varies by severity of injury, but does anyone have experience with inguinal hernia surgery recovery time? I lift decently heavy and was wondering if I could get back to 100% after 6 months.

Lazy summer and lots of regression in strength. For lower body, noticeably more loss in my squat than deadlift. Is this indicative of deterioration in a specific muscle that I should focus on rebuild?
