I recently ran candito 6 wk program and really enjoyed the variety, however it may have too much bench for you. Feel like you can cut out an upper body session and still see the lower body gainz through candito. Finishing up week 5, according to strength calculator I’m up about 65lbs. Assuming it’s cause I’m new to powerlifting and I went a bit under max in first place. Thanks Mck1 for sending program my way.
