All dumbbell, have pretty nice splits set up, miss the heavy weights but this has sustained me so I’m not totally starting over once the gyms opens up. Legs/ chest & tri / shoulder & biceps / back and traps / plus a full body when I don’t have an hour to devote
All body weight circuits at high volume or intensity. I’ve seen a lot of improvement in my figure but that may be due to eating clean as well.
Dumbbells, a lot of body weight work (pushups, pullups, handstand practice, core work) and a lot more metabolic conditioning/cardio than before.
