As absurd as it sounds, Delta and SPG feel like very good friends... Anyone else have irrational emotional connections to their travel companies?

Thoughts on personal credit cards? I'm sure this has been posted before, but I'm using the Venture card now but thinking about switching to Delta AMEX or SPG AMEX to gain and maintain status quicker.

Been a miles hoarder for my whole life (United, American, Delta). I just learned about fidelity (2% cash back on all purchases/no annual). Seems legit. Any one have experience?

Got an email from Delta that my delay was reduced and that I was upgraded. Went to the gate and find out it was all a mistake, still back of the plane and the delay got longer. Fuckers.

Ok. Now Delta is sucking again. You can't just pick a comfort seat (even if you request the upgrade) and you have to wait at the gate to receive a boarding pass like first class upgrades.
