I got an offer from Deloitte India and KPMG Global Services into deal advisory role. The salary difference is not very much but I'm confused now which one to join.
In both the companies I have to work with international clients.

I have received the offer from KPMG Global Services. In the offer it is mentioned that you will be the part of "TE-PlatformsMicrosoft-ERP team".

Is anyone having any idea about this?

My joining date is in November 2022. Will I be eligible for increment by March 2023?

I am a deputy manager with 8 years of experience in retail banking operations CTC is 5.64L, now HSBC global services is offering 70% hike, however, the grade will be assistant manager. Should I accept the offer? Would degrading the designation from deputy manager to assistant manager be a mistake? Please suggest.

I see lot of posts on hike and performance bonus.. Performance bonus is your variable pay right? Does big 4 really pay more than 100% variable pay!?

I have offer from Deloitte USI and KPMG global services. I am planning to join KPMG.. does KGS also pay good hike amd more than 100% performance bonus like deloitte?
