Been feeling very low for a very long time. Working with a Big Four for 7+ years (since graduation) and was excited to join consulting as I get easily bored, wanted to grow at an exponential scale and wanted to travel for work. Frequent travels required through Europe 6 months out of the year. Responsible for tech consultation with customers on pre-sales, system integration post-sale + training customers on product /fixing problems on their site.

The interviewer said to me to add 30% on my current salary and ask for that. Now I’m asking for £97k. Reasonable?

So i have been fortunate that i have managed to go through my career without the need for a degree. I was lucky enough to have been hired by one of the worlds top consulting firms, worked with a whole lot of big clients and travelled a lot. It's gotten to the point where I am not even asked about the lack of a degree on my resume. Personally though, it bothers me.
