Have my closing interview with Accenture next week. So far the Director and MD I have met with have both liked me and the recruiter has said that they have both given me a thumbs up and that the upcoming closing interview with the MD is just a conversation. From my research I’ve also read that it’s just a sanity check to make sure I’m not a nutcase. Of course anything can happen, but I’m expecting an offer. (Cont)

Your coach and HR contact will be the first to reach out to. A spot is not guaranteed. All based on your availability and then your current ratings. The interview will depend on the office and the team
You need to talk to your HR person. It really depends on the team and opportunities. I have seen easy transfers but it also could be time consuming. Just speak up and see how it goes.
Talking to HR would pretty much be the worst move you could make. Talk to the partner you're closest with, or if none, senior manager and be clear that it's not "if" your moving, it's when. As a exp associate, I got the run around from HR for 6 months with no progress. Talked to a Sr manager about it, and 3 weeks later I was having lunch with a partner in the new market ironing out logistics of the transfer.
Switch to a different big 4. Much quicker process and they will gladly take you
You won't have to interview but you'll have to wait for a spot to open up. Start with your coach then go to your RP
@pwc4 thanks that's what I was thinking
@op I talked hr and they moved me in 2 months. I agree that you need to make it sure you are moving and if Pwc doesn't transfer you then you'll be forced to look elsewhere. Also ask for them to get you in contact with the hr person in the office you want to move to. If there is a need there the other side will be much more motivated to get you transferred quickly.
