How does the org structure work in banking? Looking at a strategy VP role, but not sure if it would be right given my tenure and they don’t mention minimum experience. Would a VP be at a Manager or Consultant/Associate level?

BizOps or Customer success?
Looking at exit options and love-hate these two roles. BizOps can be great as an internal consultant but can also just be another title for program manager. Customer success is cool to be near product and be in front of customers too but is it just a new name for customer support and account management? Which one would you lean to?

Need some help in evaluating some job postings on LinkedIn and could use some help! 1) Lender Due Diligence Senior Consultant at a MC firm (ie A&M, FTI, etc)

Interviewing for SFMC consultant role with both larger global firms with big enterprise projects and smaller growing firms with more interesting project roles.
Bigger firms are keeping me in the pipeline while smaller wants to hurry and hire me already. Any tips?
I do prefer global for name since I’m an American in Germany but smaller sounds more interesting & higher growth potential.

Have an interview this week with a streaming tech company for analytics consultant/business intelligence role. Any suggestions on how to prepare for the case study round for this?

On your resume, do you group all accomplishments under your current position or do you separate them by the levels at which you achieved them? Newly promoted Consultant from Analyst here and don’t have much to fill up the space under my current title, but I have a lot of impressive work from my time as an analyst.

I am currently an Advisory Consultant. 1 year of experience in analytics (sql/sas) and enjoy analytics work. I majored in industrial and systems engineering which focuses on business process improvement (lean,etc.).

Has anyone found value in hiring an outside consultant firm to give support in leadership development/ people side? And if so, has it paid off? I got an interesting proposal for access to modules and workshops. I think we in PE neglect these aspects.
