Has anyone found value in hiring an outside consultant firm to give support in leadership development/ people side? And if so, has it paid off? I got an interesting proposal for access to modules and workshops. I think we in PE neglect these aspects.

But keep getting told by recruiters that I don't have enough experience to be a Consultant or Manager but that I have too much experience to enter in every level such as a Senior Associate. What is the difference in terms of seniority between specialist and analyst in salesforce? From my knowledge, specialist is usually more junior than analyst but the posting for the specialist role requires 3 YOE
