Hello, I have an interview coming up with Facebook (Meta) and its a manager role leading a global process team with multiple people reporting to the role.I have been told by the recruiter that Meta is fairly flat and the title does not really describe its seniority. I wanted to calibrate my experience to the role, would anyone have advice regarding levels at Meta and any other advice for an interview with them? Thanks

Wfh is fine
My local slalom office is fine with wfh while on bench. There's a once a week 'bench call' which you're encouraged to attend in person as staffing opportunities are discussed
C2 - Just want to say I love the idea of a staffing discussion for those on the bench. Is that a recent development at your firm?
Not sure if it's a slalom wide practice. I started here this year and we're definitely pretty decentralized with offices operating mostly autonomously from what I can see. Agree the bench call is helpful and provides insight and transparency into possible projects (we literally pull up our internal Salesforce on the screen and walk through one by one)
Not required but you should just so you stay engaged
I would do Monday and Friday WFH I think if I had the option
Whose gonna know? Aren’t your staffed peers at client sites?
My office has the same call. We encourage people to see what is coming up in the pipeline and if something looks interesting to reach out
I’m in a sales role at slalom and the expectation is usually in office except for days at client site (meetings), so about 50/50
SC1 — Yea I am in sales ops also, but 100% remote which is really nice
