Partner 🐠s , I’ve always wondered how you guys make your numbers. Is there an abundance of opportunities given to you by some sort of marketing department that all you have to do is close them? Or are you expected to make cold calls, cold e-mails, network, and grind hard to build a pipeline?

Do any firms still require business formal attire while in office (not when meeting with clients or going to court)? COVID might muddy this a bit, but still curious.
