My last day in Accenture was 16 July 2021. I got paid yesterday 1-15 July 2021. Do i have to wait until 6 Aug 2021 for the final one day pay as well my PTO pay? Let me know if anyone has idea.

Does anyone know how soon accenture pays out your PTO once you quit?

Can accenture require you to work on a public holiday that’s already observed by the company? Ie: Memorial Day?

I know MA requires payout of accrued PTO if you leave. That said, Accenture typically only pays out up to 240 hrs (annual rollover cap). If l leave with 280, will they be forced to pay out extra 40?

Is Accenture telling folks to use PTO if they are on the bench? I assume once they have used up PTO- they will get laid off? This is both sad and very scary.
