Who was at Accenture and went to Slalom? Why did you make the move? Is comp the same, on par, or better than Accenture? How about PTO, still only 14 days? How is the work? Career progression?

Your firm PTO policy? Accenture Manager level - 27 working days a year (up to 240 hours can be carried over), no additional sick days, 3 days for funeral leave, 9 banking/national holidays.

Accenture - PTO NOT Paid Out 35 Days After Leaving!

I had 120 hours of PTO worth ~$4K USD that was NOT paid out to me after leaving.

What should I do? Consult a lawyer?
