Yes - 5 weeks PTO (includes floating holidays) and yes on paternity. You can also carry over some PTO year over year giving you a longer time off. The question you also want to ask is... do people take paternity and is it respected? The answer is yes, and with longer times with PTO. It is very common now. (Not true for all firms even though they technically have paternity)

like

How much paternity leave is offered? Also, how many years until pto increases? Or is it set at 5 weeks no matter the tenure

Come to Huron. We have unlimited PTO and 4 weeks of paternity, 12 weeks of maternity.

like

EY US - 16 weeks maternity and paternity for each child, can be taken in any increments up to a year after birth

It’s the only perk, benefit, compensation, training, exit opportunity, or other metric in which we approach gold standard

It’s lovely

8 weeks parental leave for all parents and an additional 8 weeks for the birthing parent (in USA)

How do they verify you're the primary?

I am expecting an offer from Master Card for Senior Software Engineer position in O Fallon MO. Please let me know what kind of base salary I can expect with 11 yrs experience . I don’t wanna undersell but also trying to avoid being aggressive but quote a decent number which will be achievable. Any suggestions will be appreciated. Is 125k $ base a fair value for or I can pitch higher? They have a 15 to 20 % bonus on top of base pay and a 10% match on 401k which the recruiter keep highlighting.

I went through two rounds of interviews for
a job that the posting stated $36.66 per

recruiter had told me in the initial call the

should I try for? I was really hoping to get
around the 36-40 but now I feel like they
may try to offer lower than what was
posted. Also there was no range but the
average for this position is upper 70s-90k.
Thanks for any help!

Question about inclusion…. I’ve been teaching inclusion for 5 years so I’m still a newb, but a first year coworker of mine said she got points off on her observation because her kids were scattered in the classroom and she was having to move from kid to kid to assist. While I see the point of putting them together for convenience, I don’t agree with this at all! To me this is like singling them out by putting them all together instead of INCLUDED amongst peers. What do y’all think?
