Is it true that AFS doesn’t allow people to start with a positive PTO balance?

So annoyed,

So my work has unlimited PTO -global company. I'm based in uk and line manager is in USA. he said I'm taking to much time off and has brought it up with upper management. I have taken in total to date 22 days with 8 (4 include an operation) more to go. My performance is above target. I just feel blindsided.

Thoughts

Do you fly out to family for the holidays or do they come to you? We're hosting Christmas for the first time and having the entire family come to town for it. What are some can't miss holiday events in the city? Ideally accessible because my father is in a wheelchair.

Does anyone know the exact holiday dates that we will have in the last week of December? Has anyone received any email communication regarding this?

Love how BS credit score is. Got my score up to 800 last month only to go on vacation so my credit utilization went up to 8% due to the increased spending and my score dropped 35 points because I didn’t immediately pay the balance after charging the purchases. While giving the tech interview as well as while having the HR discussion, I mentioned my expected CTC as 9-10 LPA(CTC). I cleared the interview and uploaded all the documents in the portal yesterday. Today mrng all the document verification was completed. But when I got the call for offer discussion, she asked what u expect. I said 9-10 LPA. She questioned me that on what basis I am asking for this much hike. She offered me 6.3 LPA as CTC with 21% variable. 5.2 as basic. Rest part in comments..
