Hi everyone! First time posting here. I am in a good sales role at my current company but it’s my first solid AE role in the tech industry. I am interested in exploring other opportunities as I know there are a lot out there, but is anyone else worried about the current economic state? Internship Program Help: Hi Everyone! I’ve never worked for a company with any type of internship program at all, let alone a really successful one. My new company thrives off our internship program, with many of our managers/directors having started as one themselves. I’d like to create more of a structure to this program but not even really sure where to begin. 1. CGI - 25LPA +1L JB
2. Neev systems - 23LPA (5%VP)

Neev systems is ready to negotiate it with CGI. And both companies have their own benefits.

Neev's hike is good compared to CGI(almost double) & CGI have some additional perks like cab facility, Creche allowance, mobile, internet bills reimbursements and additional 5% shares.

Both might have similar WLB (12-9pm).

My DOJ is tomorrow, unable to decide between them. Pls help me!!
