Hi all. I accepted an offer for a PDM position with Deloitte few days back. However now I have an offer from a very big gaming company for a similar role and want to decline D's offer. Just want to know if any of you have faced this situation and what are the repercussions of doing so? Any suggestions?

I’ve worked in sales for 12 years (8 years retail sales and management, 4 years inside tech sales and management). I’m feeling the burn and looking for something else in the tech field. I’m making $140k. I have a college degree but no marketing, engineering, or product experience. What other departments/jobs could I jump to and still keep close to my OTE? I’m pretty good at Salesforce and have thought about a SFDC admin type role, but that’s all I’ve thought of so far.

How much hike we can expect while promoting from SA to M level ?

Currently an associate at a V30 and negotiating a partnership position at another V30. What is the correct way to maximize the pay in the negotiation as a lateral partner?
