Is it true that after 15-16 years of experience IT professionals are not able to switch companies or not getting any interview calls? Also is it true if someone at this experience lost his job then there is no chance to get another job

Hi All, I’m thinking about getting certified in change management but not sure if I should go the Prosci route or CCMP route. CCMP is a lot cheaper compared to Prosci but would it measure up just the same?

Should I just quit the legal field?

I have been a paralegal or legal assistant since 2010. I have worked for small and large firms and a TPA. I've worked in L&E, PI, and ID. Billing hours gave me nightmares. Right now I'm in a hybrid paralegal/LA position where I'm responsible for all of the docketing and supporting the managing partner and 1 associate and their 90+ ID caseload. I make a lot of mistakes everywhere I work. I feel so incompetent. Should I just abandon this career path?
