What is the WFH culture like within your organization?

Interviewing for an in-house CPG role and was told the company offers “two work from home days” a month. Huge turn off.

Ugh HUGE why do I need to record a video cover letter of myself to apply to you? Why can’t I email a resume and wow you in the interview and portfolio like everywhere else?! 😩

Interviewed at Huge for a Project Manager role and had to do a live presentation. Gave me a brief, 15 minutes, and expected me to sketch out a full Project Plan and Strategy Reco on a whiteboard 🖕😭
