Good day :) I hope everyone is doing well. I am requesting assistance from anyone in regards to a question that a Recruiter posed to me in a series of questions. This process is not that same that I am use to while working as a Recruiter Coordinator. Nevertheless I really want this job and I know that I can and will excel in the role. Is there such a thing as getting promoted TOO quickly? Just got the bump to AS after 10 months as an AE. Not at all typical at my agency (usually 5 to 8 YOE). I picked up a lot of opportunity after turnover last year. I am, of course, thrilled, but do wonder if it'd put the validity of my agency in question when looking at my resume. Am I crazy?
