It is disgusting how HR and TA now are putting various criteria like certain acceptance clauses or bonds etc to somehow prevent an employee from applying for other offers.

Most Companies in India are really horrible, not all! Huge notice periods with useless policies.

Great resignation is really a good lesson for such exploiting companies.

I feel one should never ever think about any company but be selfish and think about their growth, career.
