Hi Fishies How is the layoff in Deloitte India (not usi). This is my first switch and reading the news it says about 8000 employees were laid off in Covid Period and in next year (2021 FY) it seems they didn't gave any hike for a year. So I want to understand the culture in Deloitte India. Am I in danger if I receive compensation more than average in Deloitte India? please help.
