Infosys is willing to match the offer and retain me. To be honest I have good visibility and work life balance in Infosys and good rapport with my managers so my mind is sticking with Infosys as the work culture is quite flexible as well. Is it worth changing the job from product based MNC company (current 16L with 15% variable, desg: Sr. Software engg.) to service based company Capgemini for 40% hike (giving 22L with 10% variable, desg: Sr. Consultant) in a year only ?
