I would really appreciate some suggestions for roles that I should be applying for. I recently started my MBA though I'm still having trouble landing interviews and think I should be applying for different roles than I have been. My MBA concentration is global business, my BS was in management with a minor in professional writing. I've been working in cosmetics mainly on the customer service side, currently senior support for the CS team and have experience doing CS on social media.

Considering getting an MBA, but in general interested in a broader field of study (sociology, philosophy etc) than just business studies. Any advice, are there MBAs where it’s possible to flex the coursework (up to an extend of course)?

Had a recruiter from a popular unicorn company reach back out after I interviewed with them earlier this year for a different team. The new team seems to like me and I’m being fast tracked through the process (only 2 interviews instead of 3 and all within a week). I just took a new job and the OTE is less than agreed to after going through the comp plan. Also the recruiter told me 50% of people were hitting their quota and no one was less than 70% last year. Anyone here currently work or have worked for @Gartner as an AE in Large Enterprise? I’ve had a couple of opportunities to interview over the past several years but have passed both times. Pay appears to be pretty solid from what I’ve been told and I’d eventually like to work a smaller book size and sell services instead of SaaS, as these are usually always in demand regardless of economic conditions.
