Cognizant Hi, I'm having interview in soprasteria for dot net developer. I'm having 5.9 yrs experience. Anybody know what will be the interview process, how many rounds & will it be difficult or medium? I'm currently working in cognizant with 6.2 as CTC. Pls don't ask about my CCTC as I'm not in right frame of mind. I was cheated here and desparate to move. Currently holding tcs offer of 9.7. So, how much can I ask here if selected for my tech & experience. Tata consultancy sevices Infosys Wipro IBM

Hello all,
Would like to know specifically about Queer inclusion at SocGen Societe Generale. What is the attitude of mangers and HRs towards treating LGBTQ identifying candidates? Is company really inclusive or it’s just a lip service? Considering an offer with the company but being an out and proud Queer woman, super anxious and concerned.

Don’t do it
I am enjoying it
I think it’ll look better on your resume than BDO. If the pay is equal I would go.
I live in Dallas but I am with a different firm and I hear that their culture is kind of stuffy and conservative, But then again I also think that about our culture
I’m in FIS, been here almost a year, enjoy both my group and the partners
I will miss you
I love it here - no sarcasm, feel really lucky to not hate where I work.
I’ll miss you too
Not as much as me B3
BDO in Texas is awful. EY is waaaaay better
None
EY3 how long have you been there? What level and line of service please? Any insights on partner group?
Love it
Whatever you do, dont go to deloitte. People there are very political and cocky and seem to take that culture to industry as well. I knew 4 ex deloitte people and they all had anger issues. Like literally yell type anger issues. Maybe im biased, but four people in the same group/service line of one geolocation is too much of a coincidence for me to take any chances.
You’ll miss BDO. It has great people, great culture, and a lot of flexibility. EY hours will suck. Good luck if you already decided though .
@EY 2 speak for yourself. BDO SA is a great place to work
My friend that worked at EY Dallas worked ridiculous hours but got the senior promotion and left to Industry 40 hour/week job for about $90k (no CPA, and she’s the second income in the household).
I left from BDO with no CPA and made $88k as second income.
