How do taxes work in companies? I'm new to corporate.

Does the company file taxes for me or can I continue filing my taxes on my own? I'd prefer the latter since I don't feel comfortable sharing other information about my finance with the company than what they already have.

I am a vehicle test engineer, with over 9 years of experience. Have worked in various roles, like consumer research and development of new vehicle and engines. I have also some international experience in competitor benchmarking and evaluating future scope. I am at a saturation point in my domain. I have been thinking of trying to get into manufacturing consulting. What do you think are my odds and what courses can I do to bring that change? An MBA?

Recommendation for 3-4 trip near Delhi under 6-7 hour drive outside the traditional choices like Shimla, kasauli etc? Looking to just relax in a non commercial location.

I need advice : My Manager wants to Propose to me a new work schedule for shifts where I only work in a fixed day shift , because I argued that Night Shifts gives me health complications as I don’t get enough sleep almost none at all during those weeks with Night shifts. Even though his proposal is attractive in a way I don’t want to throw away the amount of extra income I get from the shift rotation., which I highly need. Y’all I am struggling on these “light” home improvement projects we decided to take on with a recent house purchase. Plan was just to replace carpets, paint some walls, and replace kitchen appliances. Now added on new faucets, other bathroom hardware / mirrors / toilets / medicine cabinets / exhaust fans, baseboard recaulking and cleanup, kitchen sliding door, ceiling fan rewiring and install, window replacements… how do I rein it in?? So stressed out and we keep delaying move in. 🤯😱😭
