KPMG recruiter took me out of the running for interviewing with the FDD practice because I’m not CPA eligible. Is that BS? I feel like there are a lot of people in FDD who aren’t CPAs.

Is Deloitte and PwC more selective than kpmg and EY? I’ve been applying to advisory/audit roles there for the last 4 years, with referrals, and have never received an interview screening

~50% TC bump from KPMG M to Accenture SM. Have my first Google interview tomorrow with the hiring manager, so just beginning that process. Google won’t tell me the level yet. What should I do?
