Completely bombed an interview yesterday, and I’m ok with that. I realized how wildly unprepared I was and how I can make it better for the next ones I have lined up! It’s ok to fail and learn from mistakes. Also my kids were running around in the background so hopefully that wasn’t the reason 🤣

I get interrupted a lot at work now that we are virtual. I don't feel like this happens to everyone else in my team as much, meaning folks tend to let them talk longer. So I've reduced my contribution and talk less. But then others make the same point I'm thinking and would normally have said. So now I just look like a silent non-contributor or someone who gets interrupted a lot. Office/team culture is generally good, respectful and peaceful. How do I change this? What can I do differently?
