Are big 4 partner and directors allowed to respond to interviews requests with background check providers to talk about former employees history? KPMG

Currently a big 4 intern applying to mbb/T2 firms, but want to know if there are any jobs in tech that offer similar compensation right out of undergrad. I’m also not a cs or swe major so it would have to be a non-tech role.

I’ve decided to leave a toxic work environment and have begun applying elsewhere. It’s now very difficult to motivate myself at work. Any advice for how to survive until I have an offer in hand?

If a firm posts an opening on their website, is there any benefit to using a recruiter other than resume review and interview prep?

What factors go into the initial offer Google makes? Is it interview performance, YOE, etc? And how are they weighted?

I was lucky enough to have been hired by one of the worlds top consulting firms, worked with a whole lot of big clients and travelled a lot. It's gotten to the point where I am not even asked about the lack of a degree on my resume. Personally though, it bothers me.
