I am currently on resignation with a bunch of offers. So I've to make decision specifically in regards with :
JPMC : 20 LPA (Fixed) and 3.9 LPA variable+benefits
Legato :. 24 LPA all fixed along 1 Lakh of benefits like free cab, shift allowance, free health insurance etc.

For JPMC I've to relocate and unknown areas can be costly in initial months plus even one visit back to my home via Delhi will cost 15-20k. While Legato is giving Gurgaon and it's like my 2nd home just 200km far.

What was the role and salary bump, how are annual bonuses/raises in industry, what is a typical work week (hours) like? I don’t think I can take this always on just to stay afloat life much longer.
