Can you do 76%? Final offer.
You will severely limit your career progression if you agree to one thing at acceptance and change immediately upon starting. I would bring it up with your recruiter.
For sure, completely agree. Just getting an idea of realistic experiences
What group? At least in advisory, it seems pretty standard in a job posting.
Yep it’s in advisory, transformation more specifically
Totally, you’ll just tell your PML/resource manager when you join
For sure, thanks for the input!
It can be easier said than done, and to a point. On paper you can try to reduce travel
, but it depends on what is available at the time (think this woods true for most consultancies).
For sure. I would just want to express that I might not be able to do M-Th every single week
I’m not trying to be an ass, but honestly, the answer will most certainly be no.
Maybe it will average out to be 80% or less in the grand scheme of things, but unless client expectations really have changed through this massive remote work experience or you get the commitment of less than 80% in writing, I would assume you’ll be on the road every week, m-w/th. It is what it is.
You will not get that in writing
Just to clarify I’m just on the second interview tomorrow and was just gathering some experiences. Thank you all for your input!
You might end up not traveling at all. This is something to ask during your interview, and try and get a direct answer.
Thank you!
Definitely depends on the group. We averaged 25% before the pandemic.
Thank you!!
