Hi everyone!
I've been offered a job at Publicis Sapient as a front-end developer (React Js).
What kind of work culture, work load and tech stack exposure should I be expecting?
I'm having 1 year experience.
I've also got offers from IndiaMART InterMESH Limited, Amdocs, Verizon and Collegedunia.
All for the role of front-end web developer.
I'm very confused between all of them.

If you want dog eat dog long hours and more technical projects go D, if you want WLB and leadership who at least tries to create good culture and projects a bit on the assessment side go PwC.
Coach
PwC cyber is very chill and great WLB in my opinion. Leadership actively listens to new ways to improve things. Randomly gave all of cyber $100 bucks a few weeks ago too
Mostly positive, I feel like QA and branding is stronger at D but leadership support, people, WLB is a million times better at PwC
PwC very transparent and equitable. Leaders casual and connected which I have been impressed by. End of the day, like what I do, work with smart people, compensated fairly and work for a reputable and secure firm so no complaints.
PWC has a stronger team and practice. Means more exposure to learning, more tools, better gigs.
Everyone from PwC commenting on this thread seems infinitely happier than most people I know at D (myself included). Started interviewing again and interviewing at PwC
I just moved there, trust me the culture is infinitely better
You’ll probably get better bonuses at D tbh. Pools for Ms and SMs are heavier from friends I’ve talked with. Depending on practice overall will be relatively the same. Also PwC is cohort based salary so don’t expect much as time goes on but know at least you get bad the same for your level. D on other hand could be good or could be bad but cyber has significantly done well and beside covid raises and bonuses have been relatively solid. No real problem going either or. Maybe ask each firm to talk to couple more folks to gauge better sense who you mesh better with.
Similar boat - how about KPMG vs PWC
