Good Morning. Interviewed for an ED role at KPMG Ignition and after 2 rounds of interview got the below response -

“At the moment, we are going to hold. We were looking at this opportunistically and unfortunately the team is not quite ready to continue to the process. If ok, can we touch base in a few weeks”

Not sure of the feedback, if they are not proceeding with the opening or is this polite way to say I didn’t do well in the interviews. Appreciate some guidance and inputs here.

14 YoE (12 in U.K. & Europe + 2 in KSA). All with ACN. Retail Banking Delivery E2E, Neo-Banks/Digital, M&A and Integrations. If anyone has suitable SM or above openings let me know, happy to share CV. In Riyadh but willing to relocate within KSA, Dubai, Bahrain, Qatar etc.

I prepared a presentation for an interview with a sales leader, it went well and I was offered a final interview with regional manager. The sales leader I interviewed with gave me a bunch of feedback, but said to find out information about tech stack, which I for some reason, didn’t consider. I come to find out that deep, hidden within the website of the hypothetical client, they use the service already. Do I roll into the final interview and play dumb or do i present and then come clean?

1YOE medical device NPI Lead looking for salary perspective

Mechanical engineering grad, joined a medical device startup that I had done co-ops at. 8mo into full-time, pivoted from engineering into more of an operations role doing new product introduction (NPI), now with 3 direct reports.

The combination of startup+medical device+NPI seems very unique and I'm struggling to find salary comparables. Currently making 75k but it feels very low given my new responsibility and impact. Any advice?
