What are the top 5 questions you want a firm to answer when considering a lateral move being brought in as a partner. Why are the answers to those questions important to you?
Anyone know what the salary should be for a first year associate working at the biggest defense firm in Florida? I just got offered this month at a north Florida branch and not sure whether this is a good salary: $80k $12 per hour quarterly bonus after hitting 150 billable hours. I’ve heard some defense associates have a set quarterly bonus it doesn’t seem to be the case at this firm.
Have there been layoffs/rescinded job offers, etc. due to current situation? Please comment below. (My firm is larger, no layoffs ... yet).

Junior associate here with very little work. I reached out to the assigning partner, but I haven’t heard back. I miss the in person contacts. Not seeing my coworkers for a long time, I have become cynical. I don't know if my boss's kindness to me is genuine, or she's just manipulating me. Video call is not a culture in my team, when my leaders are not building it.
