Hi all,
I joined KPMG around 3 months ago but I am not getting work here. Although, I qualified some project's interview, yet due to some internal reason, they considered someone else, and I again came on bench.
I am unable to figure out what can be done now.
Should I start searching work outside.
(I hardly see any job openings these days)
(sap domain)
How's the resource management here?
(do they lagOff?)
Any inputs will be helpful.
Thanks!

What is a weird/fun/interesting fact about you?
Starting a new job at Applied Materials on Monday as a Manufacturing Engineer III. I’ve been out of college for 5 years and all of my work experience till now has been in R&D for start ups and small businesses . So not only is this a new experience for me going into such a large company but also a industry (semiconductors). Does anybody has tips or advices on what I should expect as a new hire and how I can set myself up for success? Thanks!
Anyone in here in Baton Rouge Louisiana?
Hey all- posting about some new NFTs that are just coming out for the Dream DAO. Essentially, each minted NFT and subsequent sale helps seed fund projects for a non profit for Gen Zers called Civics Unplugged. The non profit is backed by Andrew Yang, the Rock and others. Regardless of if you like the NFTs, it’s a cool project to get involved in / read more about. https://opensea.io/collection/skywalkerz

Are you an Associate or a Senior?
OP, you should talk to your counsellor/partner to see if they can direct you to get more experience in what area you want to be in. But be willing to be flexible (sounds like you have been). People i talked to have gone above and beyond to get me to where i want to be, but if you dont see that with people around you, them i think its fine to leave as long as you know exactly where you want to go!!!
What was the reason for you wanting to leave? If it was because you werent getting leadership experience, just be patient... It has been ONE year. Youre expected to do the grunt work.
@P1 Associate currently, would be doing the senior role on the project.
@E1 was wanting to leave mainly for not getting the relevant experience to my field. Have been working on a client outside of my background and in completely different area of knowledge/skills
Take on the role and try it on for size. I'm in the same position and decided to take the role. If October rolls around, ill give it another couple months to feel things out. You never know. This new role could come with a team or manager/director you really enjoy working with.
