Won't know until the new cohort system comes out. They're eliminating the experienced associate title in favor of a2 and a3. There's no shot you're getting promoted to senior after 1 year

What about 1.5 years?
Have you been consistently receiving all 5s on snapshots and set expectations with your RP/coach that you want to go up for promotion? Then maybe

Eh. Not getting a 5 in global acumen isn't going to hurt you too bad.
Seriously OP? All 5's isn't really that intense if you're doing it right. You shouldn't expect it right out of the gate, but you can get there if you stop acting like you're entitled to it.
