2-4 at next level in each snapshot. No partially below or below level. All my reviewers gave differentiates.
My snapshot was all partially at next level. It was very scripted.
Mostly partial at next or at next but I had 1 snap in my promo year that was partial at level for BA & GA b/c it was a small quick job with limited opportunity to demonstrate - didn't hurt me though
Most dimensions were at next level, with some partially at next level. Nothing was below partially at next level. 2 or 3 strong differentiators.
Doesn't at next level as a staff mean that you're already operating at level for a senior? Most dimensions at next level sounds like your reviewers are applying the framework wrong. Now when you get to senior there's no progression.
I know when I was at PwC there was a lot of infighting between teams as some teams would apply framework one way and others a different way. My staff that got promoted were partially at next level most areas, 1-2 at next level and maybe 1 at level (if any).
^I think that's generally how it's supposed to be. Partially at next means you're already performing 100% of associate expectations and some of senior expectations.
I was acting senior on most engagements, hence the "at next level". I was performing as a senior, so the snapshots should reflect that. Not everyone has the opportunity to do that though.
